A capacity building activity has been conducted from one of the remotest Vyans Rural Municipality which borders upto Limpiyadhura. As Vyans Rural Muncipality has been prioritized by the provincial government of Sudurpaschim, PLGSP also has laid due consideration to have focused capacity development interventions at Vyans RM.

The event was a two days orientation to the elected representatives, government officials and stakeholders on the constitutional provisions, Local Government Operation Act, Development Processes as per LGOA and collaboration approach with PLGSP. The participants showed the high level of satisfaction as they are benefited from the knowledge and sharing. The program was organized at Sunsera, the center of Vyans RM and Sunsera lies some 40 km away from DHQ of Darchula. The condition of trail is not that easy but we made it along with our Executive Director Mr Padam Raj Joshi.
