The Constitution of Nepal 2072 BS has the right to information for all Nepali citizens and aims to provide fast and efficient service through its electronic system. Government offices seem to be moving forward with the idea of providing information in a fast, accessible, efficient and accurate manner using information technology for their operations.
As soon as the constitution of Nepal established the Three layers government and federalism, the laws including the Provincial Government Operation Act 2074 have been formulated and implemented.
PCGG, Sudur Pschim Province organized GESI mainstreaming workshop in Chure Rural Municipality, Kailali on 12th January, 2021. The main participants of this workshop were Municipal executive board members and section heads of relevant sections i.e Education, Social development and health section of Rural Municipality.

PLGSP/PCGG Sudurpashim had organized capacity building training on GESI to elected representative of 9 local level of Doti District dated Nov 10-12, 2020. Out of 24 participants (11 male and 14 female) 3 were from Janajati and remaining all were from BC group.
