With the objective to strengthen the capacity of IT & e-Governance Expert for efficient operation of ICT infrastructure, systems and services at Federal, Provincial and Local Level, a technical training is conducted from 25-29 July 2021. The training was delivered to IT staffs of OCMCM of 7 provinces, IT team of MoFAGA, ICT team of PLGSP.

As per the provision in the Intergovernmental Fiscal Management Act 2074, federal, provincial and local governments are required to prepare public expenditure statements in every fiscal year.

As per annual work plan, organized a Law making and law drafting training to achieve the result of outcome 3 and output 14 (LG elected representatives and civil servants are empower and trained for law making and law drafting training in Hile Dhankuta.  The training support to LGs representatives and officials on law making and quality service delivery.

To achieve the result of outcome 3 and output 14 (LG elected representatives and civil servants are empower and trained for delivering high quality service), Provincial Training Center, Province 1, Kalwalguri Jhapa under the project “Provincial and Local Government Support Programme (PLGSP) conducted 2 days residential training entitled "Local Level Planning process training " in Kalwalguri Jhapa from 19 April to 20 April, 2021.

Third meeting of the Provincial Coordination Council of Province 1 has been concluded with decisions related to PASIP of FY 2078/079. The event was inaugurated and chaired by Hon. Chief Minister Sherdhan Rai, in-kind presence of all  Council Members (Palikas’ Representatives), Principal Secretary, Chief Attorney, Secretaries and Officers of the provincial ministries and agencies and the PLGSP/PPIU officials.

PPIU/Biratnagar has organized a one-day technical training on Office Automation System for PGs staffs at Biratnagar. Total 12 staffs (2 each from 6 ministries) participated at the training program; the software developer team facilitated the whole practical session where the detail module of the OAS was demonstrated. PLGSP have supported OCMCM in the implementation of Office Automation System provided by the office of the prime minister and council of ministries.
