PCGG, Sudur Pschim Province organized GESI mainstreaming workshop in Chure Rural Municipality, Kailali on 12th January, 2021. The main participants of this workshop were Municipal executive board members and section heads of relevant sections i.e Education, Social development and health section of Rural Municipality. 

The planning and budgeting is the continuous process of three layers governments. The local levels had been operated 14 steps planning process before formed new federal. In the line, after transferred into federal government we have been practicing the 7 steps planning process. The public representatives have been subsequent the 7steps planning process. However, the people have not been able to gratifying economic prosperity.

PCGG Baghmati organized  two day orientation  on Service delivery in Covid -19 pandemic for PSOs, Driver and Office assistants from provincial ministries, the event of the Service delivery in Covid -19 pandemic has been designated for the Staffs of the 7 different provincial ministries, Province Assembly, Office of the attorney General, Province Public service commission, office of the province head and other office targeting to the 41 participants including men (32) and women (9).

PCGG of Province-2 conducted a 3-day training on “Effective Service Delivery and Interface” to the staffs working at ward offices in Kolhabi Municipality of Bara district. The training aimed at enhancing skills of the participants on local level planning process, vital registration, letter writing, management of inventory and files necessary for their daily works. A brief opening session was organized in special appearance of the Mayor and ward presidents of the municipality where the Executive Director of PCGG made a short presentation on PLGSP and objectives of the training.

Office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers, Provincial Program Implementation Unit (PPIU), Lumbini Province organized an orientation program with IT personnel from Provincial Ministries and Offices on updating and uniformity of website, formulation of network and their mobilization.

Karnali PCGG has successfully completed a 3 days training on Public Procurement  management for concerned officials of 9 Local Levels of Surkhet and 1 Local level of Dailekh (10 LGs) dated  7th Jan. to 9th  Jan.2021. The training was inaugurated by Dr. Ganesh raj Joshi, Act. Chief Commissioner of CIAA, Kathmandu through virtual and Chaired by Mr. Narayan Praasad Risal, office head / joint secretary of CIAA, Surkhet. Total 46 participants (1 woman and 45 men)   participated in the training. The main Objective of the training was to :

A two days technical training and orientation on website content management has been provided to officials of provincial government entities under province 1 on 28-29 December 2020 at Biratnagar, Morang. The orientation program was conducted as per the planned activities of PASIP in coordination with OCMCM.

One day "Terms of Reference Writing" orientation is organized by Province Training Academy, Gandaki, for provincial level staff on 1st January 2021. All together 29 participants from 6 ministries and their directorate have participated the orientation. The program was inaugurated by executive director of the Gandaki Province Training Academy. Sessions were facilitated by Vice-Chairman of Province Planning and Policy Commissions, Province secretory and member of PPPC.  Major objective of the training was to capacitate the PG staffs on ToR writing.
