The PLGSP invites Expression of Interest for the purpose of shortlisting the qualified, eligible and experienced domestic consulting firms to Develop the Public Expenditure Tracking Survey (PETS) Guideline for local governments and prepare Local Government Tax capacity Analysis Framework.
